Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your purchase as long as items are in original and unworn condition (so don't wash it!). For Domestic Orders, we will even cover the shipping costs to return or exchange your purchase.

We know you'll LOVE your Elephant Cooperation Gear, but in case you need to Return or Exchange an item, please email teeinfo@elephantcooperation.com to request your FREE Return Label.

Please include a note with any returning items containing the following information:

• "Returning for Refund"

Based on the provided note, we will ship your exchange as soon as possible OR refund your card within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item(s).
